Please update, total seats now 2,441
Theatre 2 is now Dolby Cinema with 222 seats based on AMC Ticketing site, Theatre 3 still hasn’t reopened yet

How are you confirming this information about seating?
The new Imax with Laser now open in Theatre 1 with 209 signature recliners just open
@ridethectrain did a walk-through with theater manager and asked for all capacities. Guessing possible discrepancy could be do to handicap seating?
What your source of the capacity @Theaers are Better. Yours are about 6 seats higher in each screen. My numbers was from Pacific Theatres showclock about 20 years ago. I don’t think the seats were ever replace.

Grand opening ad as AMC in Photos section and the funny thing is Fandango still advertise XD in theatre 2, but AMC is not using Pacific LSF. Also, AMC didn’t mention 3D either, guess they don’t want to be involve with DOLBY 3D that Pacific used.
Guess will have to wait what AMC puts in. Right now, all 14 screens are still open with Pacific crazy numbering system in the RSVP seating plans
While omitted from news reports, the property is still owned by the Gilmore family (historic site of the Gilmore farm, Gilmore Oil, Gilmore field, Gilmore Drive In, etc.). Caruso developed/manages the center, AMC leases the theatre from Caruso, and the Gilmores lease the land to Caruso.

LEAWOOD, Kan.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC) (“AMC” or “the Company”), announced today that it has reached an agreement with Caruso, a privately owned, industry-renowned real estate company, to add under long term lease two Los Angeles area locations: The Grove Theatre, a 14-screen theatre located in Los Angeles and The Americana at Brand Theatre, an 18-screen theatre located in Glendale. AMC is expected to reopen the theatres in August.
The theatres, both formerly Pacific Theatres locations, have been closed for more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In full calendar year 2018, The Grove Theatre was the second highest grossing movie theatre and The Americana at Brand Theatre was the fifth highest grossing movie theatre in the Los Angeles area.
AMC remains in active discussions with other property owners regarding additional currently closed locations.
Upon reopening, guests at both locations can also expect many of AMC’s most popular amenities, including enhanced food and beverage offerings, and AMC Stubs, a world class loyalty and subscription service that includes AMC Stubs A-List. In the coming months, AMC will significantly enhance the premium movie-going options by renovating three auditoriums and introducing three premium large format screens at each theatre. An IMAX at AMC, Dolby Cinema at AMC and PRIME at AMC all will be offered at The Grove and also all will be offered at The Americana at Brand theatres.

I wish I had the chance to visit this theatre. It looked really nice, but hopefully someone will step up to keep it open.
March 15th, 2002 grand opening ad for the Grove and the ArcLight
Pacific sold its theaters outside Southern California to Australian company Reading International in 2007. Pacific and its Sister company ArcLight now operate under the banner of their parent company, Decurion Corporation, owned by the Forman family. They also own Robertson Properties, a real estate development company.
Chris Utley the web site still shows it as a Pacific Theater along with their others. This was news to me because I thought Pacific Theaters went belly up years ago.

good theater. kind of overpriced though. I’d much rather pay an extra $1-$1.50 and go to the Arclight or The Landmark for the reserved seating.
