Later operated by Theater Operators Inc. before it was taken over by Essaness Theaters on May 13, 1988. Essaness later renamed their chain Excellence Theatres that same year.
From the early 1950s a photo postcard that captured a view of downtown Salmon along the Roxy Theatre beefore it became the River Cinemas.
