The Teatro Baruta was located in the Baruta district, which is in the South East 2 area of the city of Caracas. It opened in 1961 and closed in 1983. Externally it was a plain building, the only indication it was a cinema was its name sign.
After closing it became a television studio for Radio Venezuela. Its current status and use is unknown.
