crazy. Had no issues at my showing yesterday morning. Praying that the person is ok. Movie is really good.

Worked here from 2003-2007 and again from 2012-2013. Met some interesting characters and collected a few great stories from my time here. I feel privileged that I got to work in the projection booth when it was still 35mm film. I remember Summer Movie Camp days when we would have one copy of The Goonies spider-webbing its way through 11 projectors at one time. We did the same for Star Wars Ep 3, two copies each running through 11 projectors. We prayed to whatever god would listen that there wouldn’t be any film breaks or tension release that night.
The second megaplex under AMC Theatres to open in the greater Charlotte area after the AMC Carolina Pavilion became AMC’s first venture in the Charlotte market in 1996.
At 24 screens this is the largest Charlotte area megaplex. It’s inside a big mall and near the Lowe’s Motor Speedway. It always seems to do good business.
