Located on N. Clybourn Avenue at W. North Avenue in the Clybourn Corridor area of Lincoln Park, this small, early theatre was in operation at least from 1915 through to 1927. A strip mall is on the site of the Clybourn Theatre today.

Was the Seeburg only used by a little old lady on Sundays?
An item in the October 7, 1927, issue of Motion Picture News said that I. Brotman was the owner of the Clybourn Theatre. Brotman’s son, Oscar, went on to have a long career in exhibition, operating several notable Chicago theaters.
