Opened in 1906, the Henry Boyle Theatre was named for a local businessman who donated the land the theater was constructed on. The legitimate theater closed in 1920 and reopened later the same year as the New Garrick Theatre, a movie theater. By 1941 it was operated by Alliance Theater Corp. It was renamed the Fox Theatre in 1945.
The Fox Theatre closed in the early-1950’s and was torn down and replaced by a parking lot.

This article about Fond du Lac’s Theaters from the city’s library says that the Henry Boyle Theatre was designed by architect Sidney Lovell. There is a photo from ca. 1910.
As the Garrick Theatre it was operated by the Thomas Theatre Group of Michigan.
