Located in the northwest London inner-city district of Willesden. Opened as the Picture House with Shirley MacLaine in “Shy People” on 19th March 1993. Seating was provided for 200 in the auditorium which is part of the Willesden Green Library building. When first opened it was operated by City Screen Ltd. who leased the space from Brent Council.
In 1996 it was taken over by Belle-Vue Cinemas Ltd. who operated a couple of other cinemas in the London area, specialising in ‘Bollywood’ films. The programming policy at this Belle-Vue Cinema was a mix of current releases, children’s programmes and Indian ‘Bollywood’ films. It was closed in November 2019 and was demolished in 2013.
A new Willesden Green Library was built on the site and opened on 12th September 2015.

Stunned to see this demolished despite only being twenty years old. It’s been a very controversial demolition in the Willesden area but apparently a ‘cultural centre’ will be built in its place.
June 2008 Google Street View posted.
The site is now home to the new Willesden Green library building which officially opened on 12th September 2015.
I’m still yet to find a closure date for the old cinema, but the closest I’ve found is a local newspaper article suggesting it shut in November 2009.
