The Ritz Theatre was opened on February19, 1935. In photographs dating from 1936 of the exterior and interior, they reveal that the tiny Ritz Theatre was a holdover from nickelodeon days, fun and festive. It was closed in 1941. By 2014 it was in office use by a real estate insurance agency.

The Ritz Theatre opened its doors on February 19, 1935 with Barbara Stanwyck in “The Woman In Red” along with a few unnamed short subjects, and was first owned by C.E. McLain. The Ritz Theatre closed in 1941.
