A 1981 aerial view shows the drive-in clean and still operating, but traces started to overgrown by 1985, but cannot tell if they’re still operating at the time or not.
Boxoffice, Feb. 29, 1960: “J. U. Burton, owner, reports that the Lake Drive-In, Wynnburg, had to close temporarily to repair wind damage to its screen.”
Uploaded aerial from 1963. It looks the drive-in was turned into small landing strip. There is a Crop Production business across the road. My thinking is that it is used for aerial spraying of crops.
