Well, there was a story there about American Idol auditions at the theater in July 2007.
November 17, 2006 grand opening ad in photo section.
Based on photos I saw on yelp, this theatre was built buy Loews Cineplex Entertain and when completed the merger was completed and open under AMC Theatres
