This opened on May 19th, 2000, a week before the Carmike Stadium opened. No grand opening ad appeared in the Star-Tribune, but a free popcorn event was held on the weekend of June 2nd, 2000.
Please update, rename theatre to Marcus Oakdale Cinema at total seats 1,582. The theatre open on May 19, 2000 and the 17th screen was added a few years later
