The Theatre Historical Society archive has the MGM Theatre Report for the first Nordica Theatre; it’s Card # 373. Address is “Water St.” There is an exterior photo dated April 2, 1941. Condition is Fair. The report says it opened in 1934, was showing MGM films, and had 325 seats. The 1940 population was 2,700.
