Wanna bet that this will be closed early 2027 as EVO is building a new cinema in town.

Some of Starplex cinemas were former Cinemarks.

Starplex has close ties to Cinemark (I think it’s Lee Roy Mitchell’s brother?). It’s not cooincidence that many Starplex built theatres are extremely similar to a Cinemark theatre of the same era.

This only one of 2 Starplex Cinemas I’ve ever been to and the other is the Dollar show in Mesquite. Well this one far out does that one for sure. The seats are comfortable(stadium seating) and the prices are more reasonable because of being in a smaller town. And the business must be good there since they added those 4 new screens to the right side of the building. I’ve only been out there on occasion but I’ve never had a bad experience.

Starplex now lists this theatre as the Stadium 12.
