The Regal Savannah Stadium 10 was opened in 1998. It was closed in November 2018.

This 10-plex is right next door to Carmike’s 11-plex. There has to be an awesome story behind this.
Right next door,you are right there has to be a heck of a story.I bet there is not another place in the States where you have that.
Well except AMC 30 and Edwards 22 in Ontario, CA — in the same parking lot.

If I remember correctly from an article at the time they both opened (August 1998, by the way; I saw “Blade” there opening weekend.), both theater chains wanted the land & I think they were on the verge of filing lawsuits over who staked their claim on the land first when both sides agreed to split the land.
It’s a very unusual scenario indeed.

Theaters 2 & 9 – 111 seats
Theaters 3 & 8 – 133 seats
Theaters 4 & 7 – 212 seats
Theater 5 – 274 seats
Theater 6 – 344 seats
This theater just closed a few weeks ago. The lease was up, from what I’ve heard. It opened in 1998.
Makes me wonder what they plan to do with this theater, since it’s been closed for almost four years now.
