Architects: J. Henry Boehrer
This theater (not to be confused with the present-day Piedmont Theatre) was constructed in 1912. J. Henry Boehrer was the designer. The operators were Emil and Katherine Heber, who closed it in 1917 and relocated to Sacramento.
An interesting sidelight is that Boehrer designed the windows above the theater entrance to mirror those of an actual residence on the other side of the building of which the theater had been a part of. Today the site is used for retail.
