The Boulevard Drive-in opened on June 26, 1954. Their first movie was THE ROBE, on their new CinemaScope screen. The drive-in was located in Wheatfield, New York, which is near Niagara Falls and Buffalo. The final season for this drive-in was 1981. It has been demolished, and is now the site of Opportunities Unlimited, which servers the disabled community.
It’s address is 2510 Niagara Falls Blvd., Wheatfield, NY 14304.
The Boulevard Drive-In was in Sanborn which is just outside Niagara Falls, NY. The Boulevard,Auto-Vue, and Starlite were all owned by the Cataract Theatre Corporation. They were all torn down in the 70’s. The only remaining drive-in in Niagara County is the Transit in Pendelton.
