Opened on November 11, 2005.

The New Town Cinemas 12 was designed by the Charlotte, NC, architectural firm ADW Architects.

This is the only theater left in Williamsburg. The Carmike Cinema 4 and the Williamsburg Crossing 7 plex (Both owned by Carmike Cinemas) closed down.
