The Perry Theater was located on N. 6th Street just north of the northeast corner of town square in the old Charlie’s Machine Works building. It opened on January 16, 1942 with Frederic March in “Bedtime Story”. It was still open in 1964.

It has since been demolished and a bank now occupies the site.
