Small local theater located in local strip-mall shopping center.
The Bay Cinema initially opened on March 1, 1972 with Walter Matthau in “Plaza Suite” & Ruth Gordon in “Harold and Maude”. It operated as a family-type theater, but later changed to adult-film format, claiming financial necessity. It was closed on March 30, 1985.
