Located at 250 N. Old Woodward Avenue and owned by Uptown Entertainment. The Palladium 12 opened November 16, 2001 with 2,200 seats in its 12 screens. It was designed by architectural firm JPR Architects. It was closed September 1, 2014.
The building was reconfigured with five screens and a total of 550 seats. It reopened October 2, 2015 as the Emagine Palladium, operated by Emagine Entertainment.

The Palladium Theater was designed by JPRA Architects, of Farmington Hills, Michigan. There is a description of the theater, and three photos, on this page of the firm’s web site. It’s an interesting building, with a strong neo-Regency influence, but topped by a mansard, of all things. I can’t decide if I find it handsome or ridiculous. Maybe a bit of each.
