The Hollywood Permian Place 11 was opened by Hollywood-Wallace Theatres on November 13, 1998. This eleven-screen theatre includes an arcade and party rooms and is located inside Music City Mall. It was taken over by Regal in 2013 and closed on January 5, 2023.

This opened on November 13th, 1998 by Hollywood-Wallace theatres and got its name from Melody Phillips in a contest in October. The grand opening ad can be found in the photo section for this theatre. It was taken over by Regal Cinemas in 2013
