This theatre opened on December 17, 1999. Its opening movies include Bicentennial Man (L'Homme Bicentenair), Sleepy Hollow (also in French), The World is Not Enough (Le Monde Ne Suffit), Anna et le Roi, Petit Stuart, The Green Mile (La Linge Verte), Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo, Laura Cadieux 2, Pin Pon and Histroire de Jouets 2.
The name should be changed to Cinéma StarCité Gatineau
Cela a ouvert le 17 décembre 1999 par Famous Players. AMC a réagi en distribuant du pop-corn gratuit (la même chose s'est produite à Orange County et en Ontario, en Californie). Il a été vendu à Cinémas Fortune, Inc. en 2006 et fermé le 2 février 2009. Il a rouvert ses portes par Cineplex Entertainment le 5 février 2012, qui a ajouté un écran UltraAVX. It was sold to Cinémas Fortune, Inc. in 2006 and closed on February 2nd, 2009. It reopened again by Cineplex Entertainment on February 5th, 2012, who added an UltraAVX screen.
