In his 1957 book Boston Ways: High, By, and Folk, George F. Weston described this theater:

“At number 14 [Oxford Street], in the basement, is the Shanghai Press….In the same building as the press is the Leong Theater. Most of Chinatown’s entertainments are now given in the Merchants' Building [on Hudson Street], but an occasional movie or stage play is presented here. A few of the motion pictures are imported from China, but most of them originate in Hollywood, where an all-Chinese company produces highly professional films. The greater part of these deal with the gods and heroes of the olden times, but the Western type of melodrama and some love stories are creeping in.

Above the theater is the Kwong Kow Junior High School".

I don’t know when this theater closed, but there’s no sign of it today. Number 14 Oxford Street is now a parking lot.

If the Kwong Kow School was above the theater then the address was 20 Oxford Street, which still standing.
