Located on Highway 29. The Marathon Outdoor Theatre opened in 1949 and was operated by Sig Goldberg. By 1952 he had renamed it Hi-Way 29 Drive-In and had been joined by B & G Theatre Co. as a co-owner/operator. It was taken over by Marcus Theatres in 1976 and renamed 29 Outdoor Theatre. It was closed on August 25, 1986 with Arnold Schwarzenegger in “Raw Deal” & William Peterson in “Manhunter”.
Marcus Theatres built the Marco C I & II on the site. A Target store stands on the site in 2018.
