“The Rocky Horror Picture Show” opened here on February 2, 1979 and played there for almost 4 years. It was considered “THE” Rocky Horror theater for the Inland Empire.
Bill Gartley was the manager of this theater during that time.

I would love to see them.
“ROCKY HORROR” 4 year run? You must be talking about a Midnight Show.We had a Wild one at REGENCY I,II.and III. It is on CT.We almost lost our Business License.Story is in the Regency I.II.and III site.
Yes. A Midnight Show. I should have been more specific.
Where is the REGENCY I,II.and III?
Augusta, Georgia
I saw Empire Strikes back here as well as Return of the Jedi, And Superman, and alot more.
As a kid, I saw Jaws, The Exorcist, 2001 Space Odyssey and many others. In high school I was an assistant manage for shows like the Rocky Horror Halloween midnight show, Rambo, Porky’s, Sixteen Candles, Empire Strikes Back, and Revenge of the Jedi.
The midnight shows used to be epic. Especially Aud 2 (The Song Remains the Same) which was a big pot bake out every friday and saturday. Good times.
I seen all 3 Star Wars Special Edition movies here back in 1997 when they got re-released at the theaters all over the country.
A chronology of the Inland Empire’s 70mm presentation history has recently been published. The UA 4 at Tyler Mall is mentioned numerous times.
Grand opening ad posted. Cinema 2 had an D-150 screen.
Screens 3 & 4 opened on July 31st, 1974 retaining the D-150 screen. Grand opening ad posted.
