My grandfather took me to see “BAMBI” at the Southern theater when I was five years old – in 1943
The Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum posted a photo of the Southern Theater
I never was in it when it was a theater I don’t think, but in the middle 60’s it was a dance club. I saw Mike Finnegan and the Serfs there.
