Located at 345 Steinway Avenue, the Arena was one of the first cinemas built in Astoria, Queens, but did not survive the silent era. The small wooden building may have started out as a penny arcade and been expanded into a theatre. The seating capacity has been reported in various journals as low as 150 and as high as 470. By 1926 it was operated by the Small-Strausberg Circuit.
The Arena Theatre and its site vanished in the widening of Astoria Boulevard and the building of the Grand Central Parkway.

I now know where that theater stood. Today on that corner spot stands a Sports and Orthopaedic Clinic. Some of the tracks Warren mentions were visible on the adjacent overpass which goes over the GCP, but it collapsed 2 years ago, and they are still rebuilding it; I doubt any of those tracks will remain will remain once the overpass is completed.
Uploaded an ad from the September 1920 Paramount Week indicating that the Arena would be participating in a special exhibiting event.
