The Pine Drive-In opened in 1950 and had capacity for 1,400 cars. Owned by Frank McWeeney and moved across the street in 1967 as a separate drive-in owned by McWeeney known as the Pine Twin Drive-In (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). The former property became the GCC Naugatuck Valley Mall (it also has its own page on Cinema Treasures) - which was demolished in 2000. The front lawn of the drive-in sold Christmas trees in December.

The above address will map accurately to the location of the drive-in, which is currently occupied by a Walmart.
