Opened on June 5, 1987, the Spring Lake Cinema 10 was formerly operated by Regal Cinemas. It re-opened as a Cobb theater in November of 2002. Renovations that Cobb Theatres made include adding stadium seats, new street façade, a fully equipped concession stand, new carpeting and tile, curved screens and digital sound. It was taken over by CMX Cinemas in October 2017.

Originally The Cobb Grand 10 First Opened As The Spring Lake Cinema 10 In The Mid-1980s.
