Opened on December 18th, 1998. Grand opening ad posted. UA also reseated the UA-150 reopening on the same day.

Shows after January 5, 2022 have been removed which is not encouraging.

New seating capacities at this theater following the installation of Regal’s new “king-size” recliners (via Fandango’s reserved seating service):

  • Theater 1 – 70 seats

  • Theaters 2, 3, 9, & 11 – 45 seats

  • Theater 4 – 52 seats

  • Theater 5 – 91 seats

  • Theaters 6 & 7 – 75 seats

  • Theater 8 – 52 seats

  • Theater 10 – 37 seats

  • Theater 12 – 86 seats

This is the first cinema I’ve attended with recliners and I must say I really like them and I found the staff very friendly. I would assume this cinema is hurting with the Rave/Cinemark 18 not far away but I wonder if they are also planning to added food service. The auditorium I was in still had the old fire marshal sign posted and it said the capacity was 257. I counted about 75 of the reclining seats so that’s a huge drop in seating capacity.

This really is an under-appreciated theatre. The customer service was poor for a while, but has gotten better. The building sits on what was the parking lot for the older UA Cinema City. This was a 6 plex with rooms ranging from 98 to 500. Shortly after this location opened, Rave opened an 18 plex that took a lot of the business leaving a nice theatre you can always get into.
