The Regal Madison Square Stadium 12 is a twelve screen theatre with stadium seating, a game room and shows first run movies. It was opened by Cobb Theatres on June 28, 1985. Taken over by the Florida based Touchstar Cinemas chain in 2011. By November 2011, it had been taken over by Sapphire Motion Pictures. By early-2020 Touchstar Cinemas were the operators again. It was closed on May 3, 2021 and was demolished later in 2021.
