The Greenfield Theatre opened in 1910 and was designed by architect Arthur Kienappel. It was remodeled in 1923 and renamed Pastime Theatre. It suffered minor damage from a bomb explosion in June 1930. From the early-1930’s until closing in 1957 it was known as the Abbey Theatre. It then became a Sons of Norway Lodge. In recent years it became a community center but was vacant in 2018 and remained unused in 2022.

This is the website for the current occupant. My suggestion would be community center for the function. The building is still standing, although much of the ornamentation in the 1930 photo is gone.

You can make out some of the original detail, but these days it looks very disused.
