Operating as the Bijou Theatre from May 24, 1914. On April 27, 1940 it was re-named Roxy Theatre. It was located on the south-east corner of E. Main Street and Gardner Streets.

In early-1949 it was closed and demolished and the new S. Charles Lee designed Visalia Theatre was built on the site. This is now known as the Main Street Theatre.

The first ad for the Bijou appeared on May 24th, 1914 and the grand opening ad for the Roxy came from April 27th, 1940. Closed in 1949.
