The interior of the Apollo Twin with red and white candy cane color palette. The booths were tangerine and black in color. The 50x150 snack bar area had two lines and there were more than 200 items on the menu. Patrons could go back to their cars or use the patios rights outside of the snack bar which had speakers within the umbrella stands at each table.
