Wish I had the funds to remodel and bring the Varsity Theater back from the movie film dead. The smell of coffee has been inside for too long. Time for the popcorn/hot dog smell to come back! At least If they ever re open as a cinema you won’t smell cigarettes in the air like in the old days.
