Located in the outer west Melbourne suburb of Rowville, on Stud Road near Wellington Road. The Dandenong North Drive-In Drive-In opened on 12th July 1956 with Betty Hutton in “Red, Hot and Blue” & James Stewart in “Rear Window”.
Later re-named Rowville Village Drive-In, it closed in 1985. The site was demolished (date unknown?). Only the trees remain from around the edge of the Rowville Village Drive-In site, the rest of the site is now houses and a motel (Baton Rogue - 1233 Stud Road) - Notes by David Coppock.
