1986 The demolition begins

The Galaxy Drive-In opened on August 22, 1963 and was built by the Nicholas George in the Detroit Suburb of Madison Heights, MI - It had a capacity of 1400 vehicles. It opened with John Wayne in the CinemaScope production “The Longest Day”
