Greg Lynch says – A Garfield couple has spent almost 20 years restoring the Garfield Picture Theatre, which re-opened to great acclaim on Sunday July 3, 2016. Fred and Susie Perez have spent, somewhere close to a million dollars on the project.
Future policy will include a mixture of live performance, cinema & public functions. Fred & Susie have built some units at the back of the theatre to cater for accommodation, and there is extensive paving, seating & gardens around the building … Greg Lynch -
