Concert for the troops by Australian operatic star Miss Marjorie Lawrence at the Wintergarden on Sunday 16th July 1944. Her piano accompanist Mr Richard Lambert is shown here with Miss Lawrence - who was unable to stand, and had to perform while seated, having contracted polio in 1941.
