A high resolution view of the Palace’s coffered proscenium arch soundboard, main drape (curtain), a packed orchestra pit (including a grand piano, organ console and about 15-20 music stands) and it’s decorative organ screens fronted with faux opera house style balconette’s. The Palace’s theater organ, a three manual (keyboards) twenty one rank (voices) instrument was built by the M.P. Möller firm of Hagerstown MD, a company favored by the Chicago based Ascher Bros. chain and at one time was the largest organ company in America. Möller ceased operations in 1992.
