new cars have headlights that stay on all the time (or ast least mine does. anyone know how this will work at the drive in today? i’d love to go to the galaxy but would this be a problem?
did ya’ll know that a new drive in has opened up in ellis county? it’s in a small town called garret. i think the name is the galaxy but i’m not sure. there was an article in the dallas morning news last month about theur opening. i’m not sure of their schedule this time of the year but it will definetly be full time once spring gets here. sounded like multi-screen and is only showing :“family” movies. also heard another new one opened up some where in west texas. just thought you might like to know
thanks for remembering the astro. iwe hung out there during high school (1971-1973) and for many years afterwards but eventually forgot about it., a couple yearts before the end i was driving by on loop 12 and the marquee caught my eye. i went back that night and contiuned until the end. i made all my friends go and they bitched about it until we got there they they rememberd the magic even though in the end the lights from the near by auto auction ruined the darkness that made the drive so special.
