It was listed as open, because the building still existed, and was operating as a retail establishment. If it’s still showing movies, there’s an additional tag added called “Showing Movies”. Whether it’s Open in the future, depends on the fire damage.
Then, I guess it should have been set to Closed. It’s too bad the terminology isn’t explained or enumerated anywhere on this site.

The theater is the building on the left side.
It’s the greater metropolitan Ogden area, but Harrisville is the actual city that it was in.
I can’t believe that theater is still there. The marquee pictures brought back a lot of memories. Thanks!
