The movie here is THEY CREEP IN THE DARK which is an alternate title for the Bela Lugosi movie THE HUMAN MONSTER (1939) a.k.a. British title THE DARK EYES OF LONDON… though I have heard he would sometimes substitute his film THE APE MAN (1943) instead.
