as far as dig goes it will be a tough nut considering that they must have gotten a huge loan for the buy and each dig machine runs about 180,000 so as i have sugested early it will be a slow change

1,reduction in staff,
2,staff that stays, pay reduced almost in half
as well as line staff IE ushers cashiers etc
3,customer service level down as well as sales
so it apears for now transition is not so smooth
