I see the configuration now, I used to live on West 28th Street and I would walk to work at the Zebra. I would not recognize the area now.
As I remember, didn`t Highway 79 pass by the Zebra drive-in?
I used to go to the Pines Drive-In also back when I was a teenager in Pine Bluff.
I had forgotten about the Dixie Drive-In. I used to work at the Zebra Drive-In back in 1954. Been away from Pine Bluff so long.
I wish this picture was dated, seems like it may have been after I worked there.
I also remember the Pines Drive-In as well. I never worked there but went there many times.
Works cannot express how I feel seeing these old pictures of the Zebra Drive-In in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I would simply say, many thanks to the person who uploaded them. I worked at the Zebra Drive-In in 1954 and 1955.
I worked at this drive in back when it opened around 1954. Admission was $.39 a ticket.
