Perspective drawing by architects Verity & Beverley of the restaurant and ballroom areas, both were on the lower floor beneath the entrance foyer there were entrances from every part of the cinema and directly from the street. The interior decorations were quite lavish for this large area, note in the drawing large pendant lantern lights these were manufactured and fitted by Mellowes Ltd., Sheffield. The 12'6" high peach mirrors also detracted from there being no natural light. The Ballroom was open 8 p.m. to Midnight orchestra being Cyril Stapleton & The Ritz Music Masters.
