You would think Fort Worth would try and improve Cowtown. as big of tourist draw, and the area looks so run down. Stabilizing IsIs would be a huge step toward that. If it was cleaned up and replaced the roof it likely wouldn’t look that bad.

Just saw Jimmy Vaughn there last night and what a fabulous job Wellington has done on “The Ritz”.

I couldn’t find it on New Sapulpa Rd. It looks like its at Route 66 and W. Ozark Trail in Sapulpa, OK.

Showed X-rated films (clearly seen from Greenwell St) before it closed and became a Mobile home sales lot.
Although grown up, the cedar tree lined drive was still visible last time I was by there.
