Cool you were able to capture the set dressing!

Theater can be seen briefly in the opening to DOG DAY AFTERNOON, where marquee advertises BINGO.
So looks like “Dirty Dozen” was playing at the Empire, and judging by film titles at the Liberty and Harris Theatres, this photo was probably taken circa 1970.
I don’t think this is the Victory. Based on the skyscrapers on the left, I’m pretty sure we are looking east from the south side of 42nd.
