Here’s an update on the Old Odeon Cinema in Sale. It’s now a Sports Direct Fitness Club. LA Fitness was sold into Mike Ashley’s portfolio at sometime in 2013. Having grown up up in Sale, I often went to the Odeon as a teenager. It’s great to see the old photos inside the building. I clearly remember having the choice to sit in smoking or non smoking! How times have changed. I now teach swimming at SDF Sale.
