I agree with Joe Vogel. I believe that this page is conflating two theatres. The 1926 film daily yearbook lists an 800 seat Empire theatre at 282 South Main Street in Rochester, NY. Either South Main Street was a typo or the street name was changed to West Main Street.
The introduction could be changed to “The Empire Theatre opened prior to 1926”, unless someone knows the opening date for this Empire theatre.

Neither the 1919 or the 1922 Indianapolis City directories show a Tower theatre. As you have noted, the Lincoln Square aka Rialto theatre was located at 20 South Illinois Street. It is very possible that Tower is a later name for the Rialto theatre.
Fifth Avenue Opera House was located at 225 East Fifth Avenue. The building was demolished and the Arkansas City recreation center was built at this address.

Tillicum drive-in is listed in the 1964 International Motion Picture Almanac. Parking spaces were 620 with 120 seats for walk-in customers.
